Printing Information

This is a straightforward upright print.

One support is required beneath the head. Inspect the sliced preview to confirm that the support reaches the required overhanging area without unnecessarily covering the surrounding hands or arms.

A finer layer height is recommended for a smoother finish around the spherical head. Curved spherical surfaces can show more visible stepping when printed with thicker layers.

The seam has been positioned toward the back in the prepared example to keep the front of the statue cleaner. This seam placement is optional and can be changed in your slicer.

Scaling

The STL can be enlarged or reduced in compatible slicing software.

Rescaling affects print time, material usage, support placement and the appearance of curved surfaces. When reducing the model substantially, check that the hands, wrists, arms and contact areas beneath the head remain suitable for your selected nozzle and layer height.
