Design Details

This substantial hanging sign has a rounded tombstone-style silhouette with a thick backing plate and raised decorative artwork.

The upper section features a cauldron filled with wrapped candy, accompanied by two friendly ghosts and two bats. Raised borders and scroll decorations frame the lettering and give the sign a finished seasonal appearance.

Two holes near the top allow you to add your preferred rope, cord or ribbon after printing.

Two-Color Printing

The included height-colored 3MF is prepared for a contrasting two-color result.

Because the orange artwork begins at a different height from the backing plate, only one filament change is required.

If your printer has an AMS or another automatic material system, assign your chosen colors to the supplied project before printing.

An AMS is not required. For manual two-color printing:

1. Begin printing the backing plate in your first color.

2. Add a pause at the layer where the raised lettering and decorative artwork begin.

3. Change to your second filament color.

4. Resume the print to complete the raised design.

Check the sliced layer preview to confirm the correct change layer for your printer and slicer configuration.

You can also print the STL in a single color or configure your own color arrangement.

Size and Scaling

The model is supplied at approximately 22 cm high and can be enlarged or reduced in compatible slicing software.

Rescaling affects the overall dimensions, print time, material usage, hanging-hole size and reproduction of smaller details. When reducing the sign substantially, inspect the lettering, candy details, border lines and hanging holes in the sliced preview.

Printing Information

Place the sign flat on the build plate with the raised artwork facing upward.

Choose your own filament, nozzle, layer height and slicer settings based on your printer. Review the complete layer preview before printing, especially when adding a manual color-change pause.

The 3MF contains prepared project information, but printer profiles and filament assignments should always be checked and adjusted for your own machine.
