Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments to ensure all transactions are secure. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and local favorites like iDEAL and Bancontact.

Are the product prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on Dutchfellas.com include the legally required VAT (21% BTW). The price you see is the price you pay.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link directly from the courier (e.g., PostNL, DHL) which you can use to monitor your package's status. We do not currently have a dedicated tracking page on our site.

Shipping & Returns

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We offer a tiered shipping structure to get your products to you quickly:

FREE SHIPPING: Available for all orders over $30 USD.

Standard Shipping (under $30): A flat rate of $3.99 USD.

We operate with two delivery speeds:

US Local Warehouse: Delivery within 3–7 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery within 7–12 business days.

How do I return my purchase?

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via the 'Contact Us' button or email. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

What warranty is offered on my product?

All products sold on Dutchfellas.com are covered by the Statutory Warranty, meaning the product must do what is reasonably expected of it. For many electronics and appliances, you may also benefit from an additional manufacturer's warranty. Details can be found on the product page or the documentation included with your item.
