Delivery Information

All products sold by Dutchfellas are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Important Notice

Dutchfellas is a digital store focused on STL files and other downloadable 3D print assets. When you place an order, you are purchasing a digital product, not a physical print or shipped item.

How Delivery Works

Once your purchase is completed, your files are delivered automatically through our digital download system. You will not receive a package by post or courier.

Your order will typically include access to your files through:

  • the order confirmation page after checkout, and/or
  • a download link sent to your email address.

Delivery Time

Digital products are usually available immediately after purchase. In most cases, your download link will appear right away.

If there is a temporary issue with email delivery or download access, please allow a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

What You Receive

Depending on the product, your purchase may include one or more digital files such as:

  • STL files for 3D printing
  • ZIP archives containing model files
  • supporting files or instructions where applicable

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital, there are:

  • no shipping charges,
  • no tracking numbers,
  • no warehouse dispatch times, and
  • no delivery waiting periods for physical items.

If You Have Trouble Accessing Your Files

If you do not receive your download email, cannot access your files, or believe a file is missing, please contact us and include your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
