We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your piece of history, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any standard item in our collection.
Artisan & Custom Pieces
Please note that items from our Artifact Gallery (such as hand-painted or rub-buffed editions) are considered artisan commissions. These pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective, as they are prepared uniquely for your collection.
Condition & Eligibility
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
- No restocking fees are applied to approved returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged.
Damages & Quality Issues
Upon arrival, please inspect your artifact. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We will prioritize a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
