2. Digital Products

All products sold on Dutchfellas are digital products, including but not limited to STL files, ZIP files, 3D print files, and related downloadable assets.

You will not receive a physical item. After purchase, your files will be delivered digitally through our download system.

3. File Delivery

Digital files are usually available immediately after payment has been completed. Download access may be provided through the order confirmation page and/or by email.

Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us at info@dutchfellas.com.

4. License of Use

When you purchase a digital file from Dutchfellas, you are purchasing a license to use the file. You are not purchasing ownership of the design itself.

Personal Use License

Unless stated otherwise, all files are sold for personal use. This means you may download, slice, and 3D print the model for your own personal projects.

Commercial Use License

If a commercial license is purchased or included, you may sell physical 3D prints made from the purchased file, subject to the license terms shown on the product page.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• resell, share, upload, or distribute the digital files;
• claim the digital files or designs as your own;
• upload our files to marketplaces, file-sharing websites, or social platforms;
• sell modified versions of the digital files;
• include our files in bundles, subscriptions, or digital collections without written permission.

6. 3D Printing Results

3D printing results depend on your printer, material, slicer settings, calibration, scaling, orientation, and experience.

Dutchfellas is not responsible for failed prints caused by incorrect printer settings, poor calibration, unsuitable materials, or user error.

7. Product Information

We do our best to describe every product accurately, including file type, difficulty, support requirements, and intended use.

Product images may show renders, printed examples, lifestyle scenes, or slicer previews. Colors, scale, material appearance, and final print quality may vary depending on your setup.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not available once download access has been provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, images, branding, product names, descriptions, and other content on this website remain the intellectual property of Dutchfellas unless stated otherwise.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or reproduction of our digital files is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Dutchfellas is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, failed prints, material waste, printer damage, or other losses resulting from the use of our digital products.

You are responsible for checking print settings, printer safety, material suitability, and correct use of the files.
