The witch hat contains several changing slopes. As with other curved and angled FDM surfaces, visible layer stepping may appear across the hat and brim. A smaller or variable layer height will produce a smoother result.
Correct support-interface and top-Z distance settings will improve the underside of the brim. Minor cleanup or light sanding may be helpful after removing the supports, depending on your printer and settings.
The model has been successfully test-printed twice.
