Create a matching set of four Halloween coasters featuring a jack-o’-lantern, ghost, bat, and spiderweb. Each SVG includes centered engraving artwork and a separate circular cut line, allowing the design to be engraved and cut from the same file.

• 4 individual SVG files

• Red circular cut line
• Approximate coaster diameter: 90 mm
• Approximate document size: 100 × 100 mm

File Setup

Each SVG uses two colors:

• Black for engraving
• Red for cutting

Assign the black artwork to an engraving operation and the red circle to a cutting operation in the laser software.

The files have been tested in LaserGRBL using color selection. Selecting black loads the engraving artwork, while selecting red loads the cut line.

Recommended Process

1. Import the SVG file.
2. Assign the black artwork to engraving.
3. Assign the red circle to cutting.
4. Enter the appropriate settings for the machine and material.
5. Run the engraving operation first.
6. Run the cut operation last.

A test on scrap material is recommended before starting the final piece.

Material Notes

Suitable for laser-safe sheet materials such as:

• Plywood
• MDF
• Hardwood veneer
• Other laser-safe wood sheets

Final engraving darkness and cut quality will vary depending on the laser machine, material type, thickness, focus, speed, power, and number of passes.

Resizing

The files can be resized in compatible vector or laser software. Scale all elements together to keep the engraving centered inside the cut circle.

Changing the size may affect smaller engraving details and the final coaster diameter.
