We ship from our studio in the Netherlands to the EU, USA, and Canada.

  • Processing: Every item is printed to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for production before your order ships.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your package is dispatched.
  • Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight. We offer plastic-free packaging on all orders.

Customs & Duties

  • EU: No customs duties apply.
  • USA & Canada: Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes. Packages are marked with the correct HS code for "3D Printed Plastic Articles" to ensure smooth transit.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."

  • Damages: 3D prints can be fragile. If your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, before the printing process begins.
