This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must include all original packaging and accessories

  • Clothing and footwear must not show signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, send an email to info@dutchfellas.com including:

  • Your order number

  • The product you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos if applicable (e.g., damaged item)

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund, depending on your preference

No return shipping is required for damaged/incorrect items if sufficient photo evidence is provided.


4. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind / wrong size ordered):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

For defective or incorrect items:

  • Dutchfellas covers all costs


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Underwear, swimwear

  • Cosmetic items

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact your card issuer

  3. If still unresolved, email us at info@dutchfellas.com


8. Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or incorrect.
If you need a different size or color, please request a return and place a new order.


9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed.
