Pre Sale Questions
Q: “Are these physical products?”
No. All products on Dutchfellas are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. You will receive STL files that you can download and print yourself with a 3D printer.
Q: “What is included with my purchase?”
Your purchase includes the digital STL file or files shown in the product listing. Some products may include multiple parts or versions. Please check the individual product description for exact file details.
Q: “Can I print the model in any size?”
Yes, STL files can usually be scaled in your slicer software. Keep in mind that very small prints may lose detail, and very large prints may require more material, longer print times, or extra supports.
Q: “Do I need supports?”
Some models print without supports, while others need supports in specific areas. Each product description includes basic print guidance where needed. Always check the model in your slicer before printing.
Q: “Are the files beginner friendly?”
Many Dutchfellas models are designed to be easy to print, but difficulty can vary by model. Wall art, simple decor and organizers are usually easier. Detailed busts, sculptures and overhang-heavy models may require more experience.

Q: “How do I receive my files?”
After purchase, your files are available as an instant digital download. You will receive access through the checkout/order process and by email when available.
Q: “I cannot find my download. What should I do?”
First check your order confirmation and email inbox, including spam or promotions folders. If you still cannot find the file, contact us with your order details and we will help.
Q: “Can I get a refund?”
Because these are digital download products, refunds are generally not available once the files have been delivered or downloaded. If there is a problem with the file, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
Q: “Can I use these files commercially?”
Unless stated otherwise, Dutchfellas files are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or sell the digital files. Commercial use is only allowed if clearly stated on the product page or agreed separately.
